If you know me at all, you know that I love coaching. All kinds of coaching-wellness, fitness, running, teaching, goal setting, financial, gratitude and any kind of personal development. PLEASE DO NOT take this as, look at her, she has it all together. NONE of us have it all together, the only thing we can do is to try to be better each day than we were the day before.

I have decided to take my coaching to the next level and share what I have found as useful to myself with others. Last Sunday, I hosted a virtual vision board class using Zoom. I advertised it on social media and had a few takers. We ended up with a small, intimate group and I am super excited to watch the group crush their goals during March!
We went through a process of narrowing down our ideas and then focusing on a couple of areas for March. Each participant ended the 45 minute class with a created vision board for the month of March and ready to take on March like a lion! Then we shared pictures of our vision boards with each other and will help to hold each other accountable for the month of March. Here is my vision board I made for the month..

Do you create vision boards? Have you ever made a vision board for each month, rather than planning for the entire year?
I don't create vision boards but I do set monthly goals on my blog. I like that it helps to hold me accountable.
I bet posting those goals in your blog and making it public is great for holding you accountable for sure!
I have not tried making a vision board yet but I know lots of people enjoy them. Sounds fun!
You should try it for March!
I've never made one, but I know a few people that find them extremely helpful.
They are so helpful, just keeping it right in front of you helps make the vision a reality.
I made one many years ago and had fun doing it. Great idea for motivation!
Go for it again and make one for March! 🙂
I've never actually made a board but I love the idea of it because it keeps your goals fresh in your mind every time you see it.
You are exactly right, I put mine where I will see them at least 3 times each day.
Vision boards, practice of visualization or a written vision statement are all powerful tools to reinforce how you picture yourself in the future. Great to hear you were able to share this exercise with a small group of people 🙂
It was really fun and something I hope to continue teaching others about!
So glad you had a great class. I don't make vision boards, but I do write down my goals and my plans. I guess it ends up being a similar concept.
I think it's important to break goals into manageable and attainable pieces to chip away at them, one day at a time. A vision board per month seems like a great way to do it!
Sounds like you have a very similar concept. I hang my vision board where I will see it at least three times each day.
We have a quasi-goal board. The things we'd like to get done for the month... Plus we both have journals that we keep that guide our months.
Love that you have journals, do you have prompts or just open writing?
