Looking for a fun, easy fall recipe to make this weekend? I have it for you! It takes some prep, but I went the easy route on the ingredients to make easy stuffed pumpkins. Have fun, get the kids involved and enjoy!
Stuffed pumpkins are a perfect fall meal. Preparation can involve the entire family!

Wash outside of pumpkins
Cut the top off of the pumpkin and clean out
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare the stuffing as directed on the box
Prepare the rice as directed on the box
Cook the meat of your choice
Mix together the rice, meat, and stuffing
Fill the pumpkins with the meat mixture
Put lid back on pumpkin
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the pumpkin is tender when poked with fork
I love all things fall, but these are definitely my top 5 Fall Loves!
Hello, my favorite color is yellow, which is a beautiful fall color. My mom always said it was a difficult task to find yellow swimsuits, bikes, and snow pants. Lucky for me yellow is now a pretty popular color and I can find lots of clothing in yellow. I feel like my love of fall colors comes from my Grandma Janice. She was always using browns, oranges, and yellows in her decor. She had a fall birthday, maybe that's why she always chose those colors.
All things cinnamon, clove, pumpkin, vanilla chai, you name it I love it. There is no better feeling/smell than walking in the house to the smell of an apple crisp. It is even better if those apples were harvested off of our trees!
Pumpkins and Apples
I love taking little day trips to our favorite apple orchards and pumpkin patches. We have made a trip to Gay Mills every year since we have been married and it has been such a fun tradition to continue with our kids. We love getting big bags of apples and driving through the windy roads gazing at the changing leaves.
I love watching the combines roll in the fields, love the sound of the dryer running and as a kid (and adult) delivering meals to the field has always been at the top of my list. Harvest is a time to work together as a family and to bring in the bounty.
Pumpkins, leaves, burlap, straw, I can find a place for it all. My decorations don't stop at those in the house either, I love to decorate our farm with fall decorations.
What do you love about fall? Any favorite places that you visit?
